If something we've fixed, installed, or built develops a problem due to how it was done — within 12 months of completion — we return and fix it free of charge. No arguments, no call-out fees, no conditions. This applies to every job we carry out, regardless of size.
Are your prices fixed, or can they change after the work starts?
Your quote is your price. We provide detailed, itemised quotes before any work starts. We've never issued an invoice higher than the approved quote. If we discover something unexpected during the job that would affect the price, we tell you immediately and get your approval before proceeding — you're never surprised.
Do you subcontract work to outside tradespeople?
No. Every job is carried out by our in-house team. This is how we maintain quality and how we can back every job with our guarantee. When you work with Right Home Group, you know exactly who is in your home.
Can I cancel a maintenance plan if I'm not happy?
Yes. There is no minimum contract term and no cancellation fees. If you want to cancel, you can — no questions asked. That said, we've never had a member cancel because they were unhappy with the service.
